1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2 jl92's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 jl92 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl92 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl92's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 jl92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. jl92 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
